Equal parts impressive and disappointing
The onsen facilities were exceptional, with hot, carbonated, and cold baths providing a relaxing experience after daily adventures. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a unique sashimi bowl that I haven’t found in other hotels.
Check-in took ages, leaving me frustrated, and the public bath was small, risking overcrowding. Accessing WiFi was a hassle that disrupted my work plans, making the stay less enjoyable than expected.

The smart TV provides streaming options like Netflix, which is a nice touch after a long day. The proximity to interesting spots makes it convenient for sightseeing.
Limited hanging space with only four hangars creates chaos for two people trying to share the room. The bathroom setup can be awkward with everything getting wet after showers, and the single towel rail doesn't accommodate multiple towels. Beds are too firm with an uncomfortable duvet that makes sleep challenging, especially in the humid environment. Laundry facilities didn't dry clothes properly, and despite the room size, it feels cramped with luggage scattered around.

The breakfast spread was a delight, featuring amazing Japanese dishes like sashimi and Chinese porridge. Plus, the spacious onsen was a true zen experience after a day's adventure around the Tsukiji Outer Market.
To be honest, the check-in took ages, leaving us waiting 30 minutes, and they couldn’t accommodate simple requests like extra keys or a later checkout. The pillows were also pretty flat, which wasn’t ideal for a restful night.

missingWrote a review on Sept 25great locationcomfortable roomnice lobby amenitieslimited dining options
The location stands out, just a minute's walk to the famous Tsukiji market. This made grabbing fresh meals super easy. I loved the comfortable layout of the Superior Twin Room. despite being compact, it felt well thought-out and cozy. The free coffee and tea in the lobby was a nice touch, especially after a day of exploring. However, the hotel restaurant did not serve dinner during my stay. Having to sit on the floor at the Japanese-style table was not my favorite, especially when trying to work on my laptop. Some restaurants close by had limited hours too, with many shutting down by 10 PM. Also, the lack of sufficient towel staging space in the bathroom was inconvenient. Overall, while the onsen was a nice way to relax, I felt the room could have used extra storage for luggage. Free WiFi worked perfectly, though, which was a relief.

The room was spacious and clean. I loved that I could borrow extra pillows for a cozy night. I also enjoyed some relaxation time in the sauna and public bath after a long day. If anything, a bit more storage for clothes in the bathroom would’ve been handy. Definitely grab their breakfast. it’s a treat! 🍽️

I stayed in the Standard Twin Room for 3 nights. Super cozy with comfy beds and great AC—perfect after a long day of exploring! The shower and toilet were nicely separated, which was a plus. Plus, the cleaning staff left my hiking buddies all cute on the bed. The location near the old fish market was dreamy and had so many good food options nearby.
